Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using AXIS MARKET. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including any trading functionality, market data, and scoring features. By using AXIS MARKET, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using AXIS MARKET ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AXIS MARKET, Inc.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. By using any part of the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
AXIS MARKET is an exchange platform for AI API economy assets. The Platform allows users to view, analyze, and trade tokenized representations of AI application programming interfaces ("API Shares"). AXIS MARKET operates as a simulated exchange environment; all trades are paper trades unless explicitly designated otherwise. No actual transfer of ownership in any underlying technology, company equity, or intellectual property occurs through trading on the Platform.
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify AXIS MARKET immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
AXIS MARKET reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, including for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Users may place buy and sell orders for listed API Shares subject to available balance and platform liquidity. AXIS MARKET does not guarantee order execution at any specific price. The Platform may experience downtime, delays, or technical issues that affect order processing.
Market manipulation, wash trading, coordinated price distortion, or any other activity designed to create artificial market conditions is strictly prohibited. AXIS MARKET reserves the right to cancel orders, reverse trades, and terminate accounts suspected of manipulative activity.
The AXIS Score is a proprietary credit-like metric (300–850) that reflects a user's trading behavior, portfolio duration, payment reliability, and API consumption patterns. It is not a credit score under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The AXIS Score is used solely within the Platform for informational purposes and does not constitute financial advice or an endorsement of any user's investment activities.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform; (c) introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without written consent; (e) impersonate any person or entity; (f) use automated tools to place orders or manipulate market data; or (g) violate any applicable laws or regulations.
The Platform, including its AXIOM pricing engine, AXIS Score methodology, visual design, software, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by AXIS MARKET, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Patent pending: Application No. 64/029,751. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AXIS MARKET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ALL PRICING, SCORES, AND MARKET DATA ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIS MARKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO AXIS MARKET IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
AXIS MARKET reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
